TP Kustom Fabrications - 1934 Plymouth - Filling the "big hole"

A project in the works includes this 1934 Plymouth.  This is what's known as filling the big hole.

In this photo we have established the roof center and arc.  Remember, the roof needs curvature in all directions in order to appear flat.

Here we see the skin starting to take shape.  Incidentally, the reason the rood opening is so large is due to an improper panel shape and installation the first go around.
